Driver license

For any of the situations below:

• issuance of the first driving license
• issuance of a new license
• issuance of a driving license, with names changed after marriage
• exchange of driving licenses issued by other states with Romanian driving license
   

It is mandatory to have:

• medical certificate for drivers;
• psychological certificate;
• receipt proving payment of the value of the driving license;
